본 학과는 농식품 및 환경/자원을 대상으로 응용경제학을 이용하여 관련된 문제를 해결하는 전공분야입니다. 농축산물과 식품과 관련된 생산, 유통, 소비, 무역, 정책문제에서부터 환경 및 에너지문제를 자원의 합리적 이용과 관련 산업의 효율적 경영이라는 경제적 관점에서 접근하는 학문입니다.

농축산업의 생산, 유통 및 식품산업과 관련한 문제를 경영·경제적인 측면에서 규명하기 위해 필요한 제반 이론과 방법을 체계적으로 교육시킨다.

4차산업 혁명시대 스마트팜 등 농업관련 정보를 분석할 수 있는 연구 방법론 및 분석능력을 기른다.

Introduction
This department is a major field that solves related problems using applied economics for agriculture and environment/resources. Food resource economics is a study that analyzes both production, distribution, consumption, trade, and policy issues and environmental and energy problems in terms of rational use of resources and efficient management of related industries.
Goal of Education

Systematically educate all theories and methods necessary to identify problems related to the production, distribution, and food industry of the agricultural and livestock industry in terms of management and economy.

It develops research methodology and analysis ability to analyze agricultural-related information such as smart farms in the era of the 4th industrial revolution.

Learn various theories and applications related to regional development, such as rural development and international development cooperation.
